The application of the QR Code to access commercial premises is temporarily suspended

The Contentious Administrative Court of the Second Judicial Circuit of San José issued a precautionary measure that provisionally suspends the use of the QR Code for vaccination to enter commercial establishments.

Additionally, the resolution orders the authorities to refrain from any future conduct tending to the implementation of the QR code until the legality of such requirement is decided. Based on the above, and until further notice, commercial premises will be allowed to operate without requiring proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
